All student participants will have access to educational training opportunities designed to build confidence, livestock handling skills, showmanship techniques, animal care knowledge, and competition readiness. The training program will take place approximately 4–6 weeks prior to the rodeo and provide hands-on learning experiences that prepare participants for competition while promoting responsible animal management, leadership, sportsmanship, and agricultural education. Training sessions will be tailored to support youth of all experience levels and encourage personal growth both inside and outside the arena, ensuring participants are equipped for a successful and rewarding rodeo experience.
